Today's Daily Express

Post by Charles »

Dear All,

Many thanks to Steve Whatley, who has spotted that today's Daily Express has a full page article on Dennis Wheatley, exploring his role as a Deception Planner in World War II as a result of Tina Rosenberg's e-book.

If it's still in your newsagents, worth buying !

Best wishes !

I'd pick up a copy if I could get it around here. I did get D for Deception on my Kindle after seeing it mentioned on this board, however, and I thought it was quite interesting, if a bit short. Still, for the price, it is definitely not to be passed up.

Not to put down Tina Rosenberg, whose little book I read and enjoyed, but is there anything in D for Deception which was not in Wheatley's own The Deception Planners, issued thirty years before? The Express article makes it sound as though none of this had been known until a year or two ago...
