after many months of badgering the powers that are ,in the library world.I got them to put a few of DW ww2 titles next to modern history.Big sucess

Actually, when I was first discovering DW, I was surprised to learn that one of the word processors in my office, a young black woman, was also crazy about his stuff!

Bob Rothwell was introduced to DW by his mother, who wrote and got her copies signed, and DW himself said that many of his fans were women ... so Caroline, you're not alone :D !

Interestingly, I was also introduced to DW by a woman. She was a friend of my sister who raved about DW so much that I decided that I must check out a few of the novels. That was several decades ago, and I've no idea what happened to my sister's friend. Still have the books, though!
