Well, so far I've met two witches and a Dalek, which must be some sort of record. The forces of evil are certainly gathering tonight, although no-one's knocked on my door so far. The spirit of avarice is sadly lacking in the younger generation nowadays.

Hmmmm, this looks like it could become a yearly thing.

I've said this elsewhere, but this is one of my favourite of DW's books. The first time I read it, I had to get to the end. I finally finished in the wee small hours of the morning. I don't think that I was too good at work the next day!
