What do you make of Wheatleys expression on the pic on the back of the book?

Looks like he'd going to kill somebody. Has he just been told that Labour have won the general election?

Or would he have wrote Richard Allen type books? All blood and sex stories set about the youth of the day? I remember reading them in my (mis-spent) youth and they didn't hold back. The skinheads in those books were just mouthpieces for some pretty vile opinions. Yet, for those of us who read them t...

Looks like hundreds of phony members have joined us in the last couple of days. I look forward to reading some stimulating post from these new members, who are scattered all over the globe. Or perhaps not eh?

Apparently there are over 800 members on this site, but where are they all?

Arrow re-prints

The covers are normally a bit readers wives with few silly fetishes on the cover. With covers like these you have to wonder are they trying to stop us buy...

I do remember reading about the 1st Bond novel that Fleming wrote; it was set in Kuwait but was never published as it was thought that this would put a strain on Anglo-Kuwait relations. To date that one has never been published either, though DW would probably have got himself into some bother if hi...

DW:a Legend

I read in Clive Barkers a-z of horror that Dennis Wheatley once smoked 250 cigs, drank five magnums of champagne and still mananged to write 20 000 words all in a 48 hour period.

Well, that impressed me! :)
